All information available on this site is intended for the private, non-commercial use by individuals. Any commercial use of the listings or data in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, is specifically forbidden except with the prior written authority of the owner of the copyright.

Users may, subject to these Terms and Conditions, print or otherwise save individual pages for private use. However, no data may be modified or altered in any respect, merged with other data or published in any form, in whole or in part. The prohibited uses include “screen scraping”, “database scraping” and any other activity intended to collect, store, reorganize, manipulate or publish data on the pages produced by, or displayed on the CREA web sites.

Other web sites accessed from REALTOR Link^® have, unless otherwise indicated, been independently developed by third parties and CREA does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in such sites. CREA is not a promoter or publisher of the sites or their content and expressly disclaims any responsibility for the content of those sites. CREA is providing these links only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by CREA of the site or any association with their operators.

5. Passwords
REALTOR Link^® is a member-only, password protected site. Only those persons who have been validly issued passwords through CREA’s National Authentication Facility or similar facilities provided by member real estate board and associations, are authorized to access this site. The user agrees to provide CREA or the appropriate member real estate Board/Association with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of the user’s access to REALTOR Link^®. Furthermore, the user warrants that he/she will not:

• Divulge, share or compromise his/her password, or use any other user’s password.
• Enable or permit other persons to access REALTOR Link^®
• Make unauthorized copies of any information on REALTOR Link^®.
• Take any action which might reasonably be construed as injurious or detrimental to the interests of any other users or to CREA.
• Permit unauthorized persons access to REALTOR Link^®

6. Permission Console
The Permission Console facility of REALTOR Link^® may be accessed and edited by member real estate Boards/Associations and is subject to these Terms of Use and any additional terms posted on the Permission Console site. All accuracy and timeliness of all information contained in that console is the responsibility of the real estate Board/Association that provided it. CREA assumes no liability for any errors.

7. ICX Console
Access to the ICX Data Listing Service is subject to the Terms of Use posted at that site and you agree to be bound by those terms.

8. Membership Database
The contents of this directory may not be copied or reproduced, modified or altered in any respect, merged with other data, disseminated in any form, entered into a computer database, used as part of or in connection with a mailing, fax, or e-mail list, or otherwise utilized in any form or manner, in whole or in part. The prohibited uses include "screen scraping", "database scraping" and any other activity intended to collect, store, reorganize or manipulate the information contained in this directory.

The membership directory is available only to members of CREA, Board/Association staff, or to anyone who has been provided with a user name and password by CREA or a Board/Association for the purposes of accessing and searching the member management database.

The membership directory and its contents constitute proprietary information of CREA. The information contained in this directory is intended for the private use by members, board and association staff or for anyone who has been provided with a user name and password by CREA or a Board/Association, and may be used only to contact or search for an individual listed in the member management database with regard to a specific file or issue. Any other use of the information is specifically forbidden.

CREA assumes no liability for any errors or for the misuse of the database by any persons or entities.

9. Discussion Groups
REALTOR Link^® may from time to time make available "discussion areas" on various subject matters which may be of interest to persons authorized to use the site. CREA may, with or without notice, establish, discontinue and/or delete any or all "discussion areas." The user agrees that if he/she participates in a "discussion area" (post or read a message or comment at the discussion area) he/she will abide by the rules and regulations governing discussion area as hereinafter set forth.

1. CREA does not review the content of messages or comments posted to discussion areas within REALTOR Link^®. The user agrees that CREA shall have no liability for any damages arising out of the content of those messages or comments. Anyone who posts a message or comment at a discussion area, agrees to indemnify and hold CREA harmless from any and all liability, damages or expenses whatsoever due, directly or indirectly, to any cause of action arising out of that message or comment.
2. CREA is authorized, but not obligated, to reproduce and distribute through the REALTOR Link^® service, copies of all comments and messages posted to a discussion area. CREA reserves the right, but does not assume a duty, to delete from any discussion area any comment or message which CREA determines, in its sole discretion, does not comply with these rules and regulations.
3. The user agrees to use discussion areas in REALTOR Link^® only for lawful purposes and not to post any unlawful message or comment or in any other way use REALTOR Link^® so as to violate any law.
4. The user agrees not to post any defamatory, libelous, threatening, vulgar, sexual explicit, or obscene messages or comments. All comments and messages posted to a discussion area in REALTOR Link^® will reflect the professionalism of REALTORS^® and the spirit of the Code of Ethics.
5. The user agree not to post any advertising, promot10.ional or other type of solicitation to other authorized users of REALTOR Link^®.
6. The user agrees not to impersonate any other person in his/her postings to a discussion area in REALTOR Link^®.
7. Individual discussion areas may have additional rules and regulations specific to the subject matter being covered in the discussion area. These rules and regulations will be posted at the discussion area. You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of individual discussion areas in which you participate.

10. Disruption of Service
CREA may suspend, discontinue or change any aspect of the services or facilities provided by REALTOR Link^® without notice or liability.

11. Termination of Access
CREA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, limit or suspend any user’s access to REALTOR Link^® without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including the user’s breach of any of these Terms of Use, the Terms of Use of any other CREA website including mls.ca, or the termination of membership in CREA.
